• All we ask from you is to answer a few common questions when you call our office.
• Eligibility will be estimated during the initial intake call and a packet of information and authorizations will be sent to you for your review and return to our offices.
• Your case will be assigned to a specially trained and compassionate case manager who will exclusively work your loved one’s case from start to finish.
• In preparation for the Medicaid interview appointment, you will be asked to attend a brief meeting with your case manager to discuss your loved ones situation. We will meet with you at a time and location of your choosing – we are NOT a 9-5 company.
